Contract on our house fell thru

The folks who had been renting our house for the past 14 months and had signed a Purchase and Sale Agreement to buy our house, backed out. It's a long story, but obviously not how we wanted it to turn out. We'd appreciate your prayers as we fly an appraiser out there this coming week and put the house on the market. We need the right appraised value and the right person to come along and buy it - quickly.
Thanks!

Things have a way of working out. Give it a little time.
Good luck.

I know you are disappointed. I also know you believe that "all things work together......." Keep your head up. Often I have found that what seems to be a major loss turned into a major blessing.
