Thank you Keystone

We are spending our last night in Camp Keystone tonight, after no electricity since Sunday afternoon. We got our rig back this afternoon and all of the electrical problems were addressed. The unit seems to be working perfectly now. Darryl said that they replaced the bedroom television, DVD player, microwave, converter and main power cord. They also did some other work while they had it apart. We are sorry that that problem happened in the first place to get us here but very pleased with the way that Darryl Turner and Craig Crouch took care of us. We called Keystone Monday morning and asked if we could come in Wednesday, after explaining our problem. After very little hesitation, we were told to come in Wednesday morning and they would try to "work us in." They took us in at 6:00 AM today, Wednesday. How's that for service? A stick house that "just sits there" has problems so how are we not to expect some problems to occur when we take our house bumping down the road? This is our second Montana and service like this is one of the reasons that we never even looked at another brand when looking for our second.

Hi Jim,
Glad to hear everything went well. Of course being Montana owners we knew it would. Keystone has the best service department. I have heard horror stories of the other brands but those are very few with Keystone and that is the biggest reason we are also in our second Montana and as long as things remain status quo we will always be Montana owners.
Read your Blog and are very sorry you had to change your plans for Mt Rushmore. We know how much you two were looking forward to it. Yeah well there's always another time and another trip in your Monty.

Thanks. We are now going to travel northern Michigan for the summer with various grandchildren at different times. Then the tour will resume again this fall. We just got slowed down a little, that's all.

Good to hear you are back on the road after quick repairs. Keystone replaced our propane regulator for free, AFTER the guarantee had run out. Can't beat that!

That sure was a lot of damage but glad you were able to get it fixed. You could just head it east and make the northeast rally next week.

Glad they got you all finished up at Keystone. Our little MOC rally was great, getting to put real faces with names. I would also like to thank Keystone for the work they did on our rig. Took us in on about 3 seconds notice. We were trying to make an appointment for September when we were told that they would fix our hotwater heater immediately.

Sorry we didn't get to see Steve and Vickie before we left, they were looking at new TV's I think. It feels like we made some new friends while there and deffinately plan on being at the September rally.

Take care all and travel safe.

Jim and Joan.

Glad to hear that Keystone stepped up to the plate and fixed your coach! I hope this year brings you many trouble free miles ahead...
