Slow Rise Blind Parts

Anyone know of a source for parts for Slow Rise Blinds I am in need of an Auto Stop. Called Irvine and was told they are not shipping parts.

Yes - call Irvine Shade and Door. They are very accommodating. Sent me several of those free and I was 2 years out of warranty. Also they have some good videos on their website that will help you. The only thing is that they demonstrate the repair on a tiny little shade the guy can hold with one hand. Most likely the shade you need to fix is 6' long and you will need some help steadying and holding the it while you work on it. Call them first - for some reason i think Cheryl Reed is not the right contact person for customer service any longer

We have a 2019 3790, one blind spring broke 1 year ago and I called Irvin and they sent me a spring at no charge which was great.
Well another broke and I called Irvin again and the lady was not so pleasant and told me to call another number which I called and a lady said she would call back later. 2 days later I called again and talked to her. She said she would send me the spring. It cost $32. + 18.87 shipping from Arizona.
I will shop around next time.
