This was without shore power and no other 12 volt device running.
WOW, at 50% DOD (the lowest to go without damaging the batteries) the properly measured resting voltage is 12.06. AT 10.5 the battery is dead. See attached chart.

how much load can an inverter in my 2921 295rl produce. Can I use the toaster when boondocking. I know the drain on the batteries will be substantial but will it work without overloading the inverter

Whatever the rating of the inverter is will decide. For instance I have a Victron 3000 watt inverter so a toaster at around 1400 watts is no problem. Also since I have 7,200Watt hours of Lithium it's no problem, if all you have is a car battery then problem.

I am running four 6 volt agm batteries. I just don't know the capacity of my inverter. I was hoping another smarter individual who has the same type of trailer i have might know that that... thanks

Are you talking about thbe 1,000 w inverter for the Residential Fridge or a 3rd party installed inverter. There should be an identifying sticker/plate on the inverter somewhere, that will tell you, or in many cases the name like CS1000W will be a clue, that is a 1,000W inverter. Take a picture if you can't tell from looking yourself.

I have a 2022 295RL that came with solarflex 400 and a 2000w inverter. Your 2019 was inverter prepped and had an option for an inverter but we need more information. Are you the original owner? Did your unit come with an inverter or was it an add on? Do you know where the unit is and if so can you see any tags or labels?
