Paint color question

Hello all. we will be purchasing a 3931FB around May. I wanted to know if the darker paint colors (Sahara Stone) raise the temp inside these units? We found one we like but it is the Oyster color. We prefer the Sahara color but are worried about how it might affect the interior temps during the summers in AZ and TX. Living in TX we know to stay away from black cars Thanks

The darker colors will definitely absorb more heat compared to white. That is the trade-off for having a full paint trailer with a nice color.

The short answer is yes. When parked with darker Monty's our AC comes on much later than the ones with darker colors.

It can be great for us northern folk, in the fall we always look for the sunny sites, warm weather camping, we look for the shady sites.
