Gary and Karen,

I'm so sorry, there is nothing worse than having to put your baby down. I don't care how you justify the need it's still very painful. Our pets become our family, especially before and after kids and it hurts so badly. I've had to put three of our dogs down over the years and there is no easy way of coming to grips with it. I feel so bad for you and there simply are no words.
