Leak only when hooked up to city water

We own a 2021 3761FL and we have noticed a leak in the underbelly only when the city water connection is engaged. There are no leaks when using tanks/water pump. We have drilled a few small holes in the underbelly to drain the water. What is the best first course of action? I'm assuming it is a loose connection somewhere but if you have any suggestions on troubleshooting without taking the entire underbelly apart they are much appreciated. Thank you. My husband is an awesome roofer but definitely not a plumber

Marianne,

Remove the panel in the pass through just in front of the convenience panel where you connect the hose. Should just be 4 phillips head screws. That will give access to the plumbing behind the convenience panel - you will likely find your leak there.

Thanks. We did that but ended up going through the back and found the loose connections. I appreciate your response. Safe travels!

Well, take the under belly off. Buy some self tapping metal screws and washers to reinstall. I believe 5/16s. Get galvanize so they won't rust.
