Dish Hookup on 3000RK
Once again, ya'all came through. Just hooked up my dish for Direct tv. Attached dish cable to park cable input on outside, removed smaller jumper cable, located on left side of DVD cabinet, connected cable from bottom terminal where jumper was to sat. input on sat. recvr, connected cable from tv out on sat recvr to top terminal where jumper cable was located (plate for these two terminals says "cable/sate." ). Sate. works great. I paid the extra 4.99 to Directv for abc/cbs/nbc/ and fox so I wouldn't need local channels at park. Found out that to get local channels you have to request a waiver from Dish or Directv, takes about three weeks. They send you the waiver to sign and you enclose a copy of your rv registration, and you are good to go. Mine works great for all channels.
