Recall 19V-129 Cargo Tray
Just got this recall today. My thinking is find out more b4 hauling it to the dealer. A better stop bolt replacement might be fetched from the local hardware store in a more timely manner. Comments?

The stops are held on with 1/4 pop rivets. Mine were loose and I don't let my drawer slide back hard. Cut heads off pop rivets with cold chisel. Replaced rivets with 1/4 x 3/4 machine screws, lock washer and nut. Took all of 15 minutes. Cost $7 versus hauling to dealer and $60 in gas plus lost life waiting.

I just replaced the rivets. Only three were present. All of them were loose. Another hit or two on the frame stops and they'd break free and launch the tray. The pop rivets weren't 1/4". They were 3/16". I drilled them out and used some 1/4" bolts and nylock nuts in their place. I called Keystone about it and they said you still have to have a technician look at the repair or they will keep sending notices. Since I did the work myself, they aren't interested in reimbursing the repair. I'm very disappointed in Keystone customer service. As the owner, I should have the right to repair my trailer and get some compensation for the faults without having to drag the trailer to the dealer. In this case, it took the 15 minutes to repair after sourcing the hardware.

Just dug around in my coffee can. Found the same fix cruzerdoc is doing - nylon lock nuts. Mine were loose also. 30 minute job...

Just received my 2nd notice on this. Sent them a letter with pix. Said the dealer did it in April 2019 and to update their records.

I got another letter last week for this. It was fixed last year by me and verified by the dealer.
