Coordinators needed for Seven Feathers Rally

We now have Assistant Wagon Masters for the rally. GOFNUTS, Renee and Michael. They will be taking care of the registering now and collecting deposits later on.

Now I am looking for coordinators for the following.

Name Tags
Golfing
Meet and Greet
White Elephant Exchange
Pot Luck
Breakfast

The Golfing date to be set up by the coordinator. The Meet and Greet will be on Friday Night June 10. The Breakfast will be on Saturday morning June 11. The Pot Luck and White Elephant Exchange will be Saturday Night June 11. We will have the Barbecue Pavilion for the first four nights that we are there.

All other nights around 5PM will be subject to the usual Cocktail Hour and H'ordeuvres.
