maine campground

Hi we are heading to maine this summer and the wife want to shop and I want to fish but I also need to rent a boat any Ideas on camp grounds with good fishing and close to shopping also good campgrounf for kids. Thanks Scott

I'm not sure about the fishing, but the Freeport/Duram KOA was a nice stop for us, and it is about 5 miles from L. L. Bean in Freeport with a lot of other shops in the area.
