Sandusky Ohio

I am going to Sandusky at the end of June and I was going to stay at the Sandusky Bayshore Estates KOA, has anyone ever stayed there? or is there some where else better to stay at. I was going to stay at the campground at Cedar Point but it is pricey. So any help or ideas would be great.

Mary and I spent 4 days at Bayshore this past October. It was nice but mostly shut down due to the season so we did not have a chance to use any of the parks goodies. The sites were a little tight and they loaded us in like sardines in one row when they had tons of openings and could have spread us out a little. One of our neighbors was sort of rude but they spent most of their time at the Point and anyway that is not the campground's fault. I would go back, good luck and happy RVing. Jon
