KOA loves Montana, even if
Well, Al was outside while I was showering the twins after a LONG day at the beach. We are staying in a KOA here in Michigan, picked primarily because of the activities for the girls.
Just moments ago, a rig pulled in, NO decals, but Al recognized the little mountains on the wheel well area. It did have a HUGE KOA decal on the front cap. It was being hauled by a yellow truck, all decked out in KOA stickers and logos.
Al promptly grabbed the camera and ran down there to get a photo or two. He talked to the guy, who is an inspector for KOA, they go around and inspect the campgrounds for KOA. He did not even know what model he had (happened to be a 3295). He said he thought there were 10 units running around the US doing the same thing, and he thought they were all Montana's.
That was our excitement for the day! HA HA

Carol,
We saw the same thing at Devil's Tower in WY last month but the 5ver this person had was not a Monty. I thought it was kind of neat they did that but it's not exactly covert with a yellow truck and KOA stickers all over the trailer. They must just view from afar because they didn't take the time to talk to any campers, that I saw.

We saw one at the KOA in Strausburg, CO in June while we were there. But John was never able to see them to talk with them. But when we were in Buckeye Lake, OH last year we saw another one and John spoke with them. They were Quality Assurance Regional Managers for KOA. There home was in Granbury, TX. He told us that KOA was going to buy 10 or 12 Montana's for the Regional Managers to travel in while visiting KOA's. They also had the yellow truck. Like AL I got photos of both. Marge

Wow, that is really cool. Maybe they can get to that campground that those members were work camping at for peanuts doing everything under the sun and finally got discussed and left for another place. Remember those poor people? I believe they said that place was a KOA but I can't remember where they said it was. Maybe they will stop by and remind us....Thanks for the picture.....
