Cable drive Slide out

While in Oregon, we got our big slide repaired.. While at the rv park after the big slide repair the gear box stripped in the bedroom..I brought it back to the rv shop and they replaced the gear box... When we got back home the bedroom slide made noises.. I opened the cover and the Bolts were stripped at the Aluminum studs inside the Wall..Anyone have any Idea how to fix this? Also, Good Sam turned down our claim..They said, yes Slides are covered but we dont' cover adjusting the Slides... So, my deductible is 500 and the part and the labor was about 300.. The extra repairs were making adjustments.. I tried to combine both repairs..1400 in repairs... total..

I think Wrapping the bolt threads with copper wire may have repaired the stripped holes in the studs... They installed the cables on the gear box in such a way that the blocks get hung up on the motor bracket and pull the motor off the wall...
