We just happened to stumble across a EX-Passport America campground. They have been out of the PA system long enough to NOT be listed in the newest PA directory.
When we walked to the office there was a sign that read..
We no longer accept Passport America
but if you have a Passport America card
we will deduct $10.00
Their rate is $26, we paid 16. $3 more than the PA rate would have been.
