Question Soft Floor Under Toilet

Howdy,
So my wife and I have been full time RVing for 3 years in a 3950BR and love it. However we had an issue for a few months with a valve in the toilet. We finally figured out where the fresh water leak was coming from and fixed it. However now the toilet tends to lean when sitting on it as if the floor is soft around it. Not sure if the water got into the floor around the base and needs replacing. Is this a normal issue with an easy solution? Don't want to tear everything out without a plan.
