Day/Night roller shade
We have a 2020 Montana 3121RL and the shade fell out of the rear window. It's the one with two pull down roller shades! Does anyone know the width of the that shade? It's parked about 30 miles from here I really would rather not drive up there to measure the shade unless necessary. Any help would be deeply appreciated. Thanks

I have a 2021 model 3121. The way we were told by Irvine Shade at the rally to measure the window for a new shade is the width of the material plus 1 inch and measure the window frame top to bottom. My measurements were 72 1/2” x 36. The new day/night shade they gave me is marked 74 x 35 on the outside of the box. I have not installed it yet because I am waiting for new clips, they didn’t include them with the shade, but the size looks correct.

Ours fell down (unrolled). The brackets that held it up had bowed outwards. Removed the Valance, took apart the blind assembly and bent the brackets inwards. Reassembled everything.
Works fine.

Most of the time the cause for them falling is Keystone’s failure to use enough brackets. Per Irvine Door and Shade, Keystone should have used 5 brackets on that huge shade set, most times they use 3 or 4. Irvine will send you a whole new set of shades with brackets if you contact them. (574) 522-1446 They are great to deal with.

I put foam blocks at both ends of the big rear shade in my rig to keep the end brackets from spreading. No trouble since.

Check to see if the brackets are still attached to the wall. After a few years a couple of mine, especially the large rear would fall. My brackets were still attached to the wall so i used tie wraps to secure them to the brackets. Haven’t had a problem since.

72 1/2 inches is the width of the blind material on our 2019.
