Busy moving stuff in and setting up for our first trip on 10/28 to Colorado. As the front closet has shelves and no dresser drawers we found baskets that fit to put things in. We are having a problem figuring out how to hang bath towels. Louise doesn't like hooks and prefers towel bars. Lots of room in the basement especially when there are so much junk not going back in.

Dick, as an owner of a 2012 3582, we had the same issue with bath towels and where to hang them. Our solution was to use a free-standing electric towel bar. We located it between the bed and bath wall. When we travel, we just unhook the power and lay it on the bed. We have done this in the last two rigs and it works great. Nothing like dry and warm towels after a shower. Naturally we unhook it when boon docking.

We had the 3400 and now the 3402 and never had to move furniture around. The level up was our primary reason for the 3402 purchase it is a great system. We always use blocks on the leveler system as we like to keep the stroke as short as possible. It seems to add stability to the Montana.

Rich we normally do the same thing as far as blocking before dropping the jacks. This time I got lazy and only did the fronts. In addition, we parked in a different position in our drive which added to the problem. I watched the DVD that came with our Level up info and it pretty much said that if the jack runs out of room than move to a more level spot.

Congradulations on the 3682rl, bet you will enjoy the layout. The leveling system - ours did the same thing when we first got it. I ended up manually leveling it and resetting the electrical level point. All seems good now. Good luck, Happy Trails.

Congrats on the new purchase of the 3582. We have a 2014 3582RL and really like it. Had some little problems but I think we have the bugs out of it. I wish we did not have to mess with the chairs it is kind of a pain. Enjoy your new 5th wheel and safe travels.

Dick don't bother with a new truck there is too much junk on them and the fuel consumption is more than on the older models just my opinion.
Congrats on the new unit

Jimmer-- We measured the couch depth and length and were able to exchange the couch and the recliners. We can close the slides on our 2013 3582 with about two inches clearance in front of the couch. I don't know about your 2014 or the 2015 units but with ours it works well. One advantage to the recliners in the couches place in the street side slide is that they are directly across from the teli and you don't have to sit sideways to watch it!

We have a 2011 3580RL, love the floor plan.
Some changes we have made include:
1)put solar screening on tension rods inside windows to reduce heat and darken interior.
2) took the side drapes and brackets down.
this allowed for room across the back that the couch now fits and does not touch the slides.
3) replace the recliners with Lazy Boy - wall hungers (wish we would have waited for Lambright Amish furniture in Goshen) the recliners are where the couch use to be. Straight across from TV.
4) put shelves with baskets in closest where W&D would go.
5) 2014 - add Lippert six point levelers.
6) Nov 2015 - scheduled to have the MCD day n night shades installed.
