Oh My Gosh! What's the # limit on this one?

It took me awhile to figure out how to post these. A friend of ours sent this to us and we had to share it. I think that even with the modifications and added supports the Tow Vehicle may be slightly undersized for the rig.

I'd love to see how the trip ended up but I feel confident he ended up in a ravine somewhere wondering why bad things seems to always happen to him.

He's hooked up and ready to fly!! It's amazing how the extra weight really smoothed out the ride in the truck. He did have to air up the rear tires a bit (around 160 psi)

He added some heavy-duty chain for extra support on the tailgate (note that he used the "Heavy-duty 'S' hooks to attach the chain) He also paid-up for some BIG 5/16 sheet metal screws to attach the frame to the tailgate. Yeah, he knows it's overkill, but he didn't want the possibility of having an accident.

Much of his time was spent on his front porch whittling down that MASSIVE 4x4 board to fit precisely into the ball mount receiver. Also note that he used a 14" piece of 1x4 to help distribute the load more evenly-- "YOU CAN'T BE TOO SAFE, YOU KNOW!!". " It cost a little more, but you just can't be too safe when pulling a trailer of this magnitude !!"

That has to be a prank! Not even a Redneck would do something like that. Would you?

What turn...........it is gonna keep going straight.......not enough weight on the front to get any traction needed to turn.

The full load is on that tailgate because the front jacks appear to be up.

Seen this one before - obviously a spoof or the "before" picture. Meaning before the roof got ripped off by the nose as soon as he pulled away from the curb.

I will have to confess that this configuration was only used to get the rig to the dealer when I traded for the Montana!! Traded trailer, then went next door and traded Blazer for a 3500 Chevy dually. And, there was only minor damage to the rear of the Blazer after I turned into the dealer's lot. Fixed it with duct tape and a little Wal-Mart spray paint!!!

I bet the Weight police were all over him, I do believe he has two much pin weight, maybe a set of air bags or Timbrems. Wouldn't surprise me if some will say he his been towing the same rig with no problems... GBY...

250,000 miles, 8 miles to a gallon on cheap ole gasoline; extended oil changes (change the TP in the filter every 5K miles); rear tires last about 10K miles, fronts are original equipment

(No it isn't mine -- just thinking what the owner might be telling us if a member of the forum!!!)

LMAO! The sad thing is I know some hillbillies who might try something like that if they have enough shine to drink.
