Happy thanksgiving
HAPPY THANKSGIVING to everyone from Arkansas! We are spending the holiday here and my son is here from Carlsbad. Took the grandkids to JFK park and the trout hatchery there. Life is good!
FYI, JFK is on the Little Red River at the foot of the Greers Ferry Lake Dam. It offers world class trout fishing and is by far the best campground in the immediate area surrounding the lake. We can give details to most Arkansas Campgrounds if anyone is traveling thru.

Happy Thanksgiving to you and your's also. We're at The Ranch, an Escapee park in Lakewood, just north of Carlsbad. Don't forget that the day after Thanksgiving is when you turn your scale back 10#.

It's 18 miles north of Carlesbad and 13 miles south of Artesia. It's a nice park. We own a lot here and John Kohl and his wife also own a lot. Curtis and Stephanie, you may know them from Q, have also been here for the holiday. It's open to all Escapee members, has RO water and it's a good deal cheaper than the KOA.

I work in the oilfield and you never know I may well end up down there. Considering the volume of drilling going on between Carlsbad and Pecos I am sure yall are swamped with oilfield right now....

Yes we always have a number staying here in the park. Since loud partying etc isn't something allowed here we generally end up with the nice ones.

True, but there's still a bunch at the KOA south of us that raise some hell and a group that spends time at the "gentleman's club north of us that are of the same ilk.
