RAM 3500 Dually tire pressures

OK, I went on line and searched around for correct tire pressures for a 2016 Dually 3500 RAM, and I got amazingly different results. I got people running 50-80 in the fronts, and 35 to 80 in the rears depending on loading etc. So Also the side plate on the door is not exactly clear either, so I could really use some recommendations of what I should have the pressures at, when I am just driving around unloaded vs. pulling my Monty 3820FK which is not here yet, so when I have 2,810 pounds of tongue weight in the bed along with the two of us and our dogs and the hitch in the truck, so total would be 8,100 pounds plus 2,810 + 700 + 100 misc. so the truck weight would be 11,710 pounds and would be pulling a 15,000 pound trailer that is rolling on 12,000 pounds, because of the king pin weight being put on the truck. Anyone have good experience for pressures for driving unloaded vs. loaded? I have the LT 235/80R17E OWL on/Off road tires.

I am close to your weights and I run 60 to 65 on the front tire and 55 to 60 on the rear tires. I have adjusted to these pressures based on tread wear. I do not change when I am not towing. However, I am full time so about 2/3rds of my miles are towing.

Like John, i keep mine at the same pressure all year. I run 70 on the front and 65 in the rear. Firestone Transforce AT 235/80/17. Summertime, little firm in the afternonns unloaded. 3295rk with 2500 lbs pin weight. I have added the 45 gallon aux fuel tank. That is why i run my pressures about 5 more than John.

70 Front and 65 Rear. Towing a 15,500 pound 5th wheel.
Keep them at same pressure towing or non towing.
Been good the last 3 years with the 2013 5'er.

2016 Ram 3500 dually. Like John, we run 70 in front and 65 in rears. That is what the yellow tag in the driver's side door sill says. Seems pretty clear to me. Ride is fine either pulling the 15000# fiver or empty.

The yellow placard on my door says 80 PSI front and 65 PSI on the rears. Does not mention loaded or unloaded. I think I will go with 80 in front and 70 in rears when loaded with the 5th wheel. Thanks for the input. Right now I am driving with 75 in front and 65 in rears unloaded.

Our door tag says 80 in front and 65 in rear. That's what we run.

I run 80psi front and 70 psi rear on my 2013 ram when loaded. I have 3480 pounds hitch weight plus about 400 pounds for the air-bag hitch. Too many people haul there 5th wheels without knowing their weights. My front end weighs over 5800 pounds loaded or empty per cat scales with me in it.The tires are good for 6,000 pounds combined so i run close to max loaded or empty.I never deflate the front tires on account of this but the back tires are deflated to about 55 psi running empty. When traveling, my front tires are the warmest of all my tires.I do carry 60 extra gallons of fuel so this adds some weight to the front.You really don't want to blow a front tire so make sure and inflate it to the max and by all means weigh your rig with and without the trailer.

Agree. My tag on door sill on 2013 ram dually says 80psi front and 70 psi rear.
