Makes one proud yet somewhat humbled that a company with so many major components on the brand new fiver he just purchased will stand behind their product for an entire 365 days! I guess a one year warranty just doesn't sink in till someone really points it out. Thanks CORattler

We had a problem with our slides on our 2012 Montana, we got a hold of Lippert and talked to Nicki other than paying for overnight shipping they covered all cost including having a mobile tech come to our site to have the part replaced. When it turned out that the original diagnosis was wrong they overnighted a part to us and again paid for a mobile tech to come out and replace the part. So I'm impressed with their service. By the way the mobile tech had to come from over an hour away. Lippert has been great for us.

Not much of a warintee for some of the most inportant parts of the chasie, like the pin box just as a starting point. the rubber roof manufacture give a longer warintee for there products.

As we know, however, Keystone does usually cover the frame for quite a long time.
