Quite common. I got a pice of white plastic about 2 inches wide and glued with silicone to the side of my camper. Problem solved.

You’re past the 3 yr frame warranty but doesn’t hurt to call and ask. Even if they won’t cover it, they could tell you shops in your area that do their frame flex tests and warranty work.

Link to Keystone Customer Service:

https://www.keystonerv.com/customer-service

There are posts on here about it - try searching for, frame flex. ChuckS has a post and video re details on the issue and doing the measurements yourself to see if that’s what it might be.

FWIW, a service rep showed me where Montanas have a screw in the lower corner of the skin/seal of the slide where they see cracks propagate from.

Very common. They've had a repair since 2018. Somewhere around 2021 Keystone made a correction. They beefed up that area of the frame and put in a relief cut. I would absolutely be the squeaky wheel. Start with a call to Keystone to document. Find a GOOD repair shop willing to FIGHT for you! They want this repair! It pays them well. A lot of info regarding this issue here.

I just watched a YouTube video of a Montana showing the frame fix. I'll try to find it and attach the link. Go to 17:19

You have issues behind that wall ( broken wall studs ) and this link is the latest version of the repair actions found on the NHTSA website

The other link posted by the other OP is outdated and not applicable

Thanks for the updated version. Looks like the same repair but they found a way to do it without removing the cap. My dealership is still removing the cap. I'll have to ask them why.

Same thing on my 2020 3781, took a piece of the black plastic insert that’s used inside the roof mounting trim piece and used clear seem sealer to hold it on, all fixed. That’s a known spot for cracks.
