TV Wiring Questions

My 2005 Monty must be the same as many other Montana's regarding the TV wiring and how you change from the roof antenna (the little jumper cable) to satellite. Is there a way of getting some kind of "little box" that would allow either one to work with the flick of a switch or button?

On the same note is it possible to modify so that the living room TV uses the satellite and maybe the bedroom TV uses the digital roof antenna?

Thanks!

re: the " switch etc..." I would not recommend using a sw with the satellite since it has DC voltage that could short during switching... that could hurt your receiver... About the other ??? I can't help there...
best of luck ...!!!

I would think the A B switch would work.

Dang, just when I thought I had it all figured out you go and throw me a monkey wrench. I just got my dual receiver wired in and it runs on the Montana's wiring. I can watch separate channels in the bedroom from the livingroom at the same time. The DVR works fine. Turn off the satellite and push my button on the antenna and I get local over the air channels. Put the jumper back on I can watch cable. But I never thought of someone wanting to watch over the air and satellite at the same time????? But wait, why would I want too???? Oh well I ain't gonna mess with it no more. lol lol
PS-- you only need the jumper wire if you are watching cable.
