how I wired ceiling fan
How I wired the ceiling fan....
Take paddles off before you drop the fan. Find the hot wire and the switch wire. Don't disconnect white wire. Leave as is. Take wires off fan and hook them both to the switch wire. Put it back together.

Don: Does the light also work off the switch at the same time you now turn the fan on?

The light works off the switch if you pull the chain and then it will work with wall switch along with the fan motor. Works just like your fan at your stick house.
