Got rid of tube tvs put two new flat screens in. Digital channels off antenna great. Analog cable channels at campground looks like 1978 antenna TV fuzzy crappy. Have switched cables above home theater several ways still crappy.

The antenna power switch isn't on when you are hooked to cable, is it?

You could also try an adjacent pedestal and see if reception is the same

Lots of campgrounds have less than desirable cable reception. You might have to wait until you go to your next campground to see an improvement .

Sounds like your antenna booster to me. Must be off to watch cable clearly.

Send a message via Yahoo to NCFischers
Change all your cable connectors to the new connectors that you install with a compression tool. The connectors have a colored plastic sleeve that gets forced into the connector. The tool can be found at Lowes.

Hook cable direct to TV it's ok. Back on side of camper crappy. Booster is off. The way you have to switch wires for TV to cable on the 05 was stupid anyway.
