AC problems

We have run our ac for the last couple of days and we are getting drops of water out of the unit. It comes from the foam filter on the front of the unit. It is pretty steady when it is running. The ac works fine and cycles on and off according to where the thermostat is set but, can't have the water dripping into the kitchen floor. Any ideas???
