Ordering a 3127 RL with the legacy package

I currently own a Landmark fifth wheel that is over 40 feet. I wanted something smaller, but with many of the same features. I ordered a 3121RL with the sterling full body paint scheme and the Legacy package. Probably my last fifth wheel since I turn 68 in December. As with any new RV there will be some problems and quirks. I am confident that I will use this forum to learn more about my new RV and deal with any issues.

Excited for your purchase Meagle. I'm jealous of the full body paint. That will be my next one.........you only live once.

Congrats on your upcoming Montana.

Two years ago, I was 63 and we purchased our current Montana High Country 375FL. We traded our previous camper, put down a down payment, and got a 15 year loan. At the time, it was kind of a scary decision, because I whole heartedly have been planning on retiring when when I'm 66. That would put the Montana in a loan situation until I was 78 years old. I didn't want to work THAT long to pay a loan.

But I decided (an my wife whole heartedly agreed) we wanted the Montana and just wasn't going to worry about the loan. I'd work the rest of my life and make the payments if death didn't come first.

Well ... one year later after we purchased it, it was completely paid in full and the title is ours! I'm still planning on retiring in 7 months now and hitting the road full time. And now, everything is completely paid for, no debts. Just waiting to turn 66 and 2 months now.

So, the impossible CAN happen!

Enjoy that new camper! And happy trails!

Russ and Nancy we love seeing you each year. Your Montana always impressed me so when I decided to replace my Landmark the Montana was on our short list. It came down to a Grand Design 310 or the Montana 3121RL. It was a tough decision, but I loved the Montana features with the Legacy package. Your positive experience with you Montana was also a big deciding factor. Hopefully I will get in time for our annual trip to Mesa.
