Brad,
You are right. That is quite a hitch combo (and especially for 38 big ones !). But I doubt that the "slider" option would be needed with the new Monty front end scallop. It looks like it should give a smooth ride, although we have had little to no chucking on our standard Husky 16K hitch. But, it is nice to dream a little for that something in the future (Better to keep this from my DW - LOL).
