Could it possibly be that your battery voltage was low at the time she was using it? The Furrion oven is a convection oven, in that it has a fan circulating the air inside. It is a 12v fan powered by the battery/converter. While on shore power or generator the converter is providing a charging voltage to the batteries and the fan will operate at designed speed however if the voltage is low the fan turns slower and therefor cooking performance is affected.
