Rondo - we did purchase our unit from this location. In fact, it was there for body work from 2 blow outs for 2 months and we have had some other service work done by them. Not customer friendly unless you are buying a new unit. Sorry.

No problem Eddy! There are dealers out there like that and that is one thing you might want to bring up when we have the open discussion with the Keystone reps at the Rally when they have their time with us and that happens on Tuesday the 29th from 1:00 to 2:30 PM. Or you can pull one of them aside when you go on the factory tour and let them know what kind of dealer you have. It sounds like all your dealer wants to do is take your money and not give any service or show any appreciation for your business.
I have gone to other businesses such as TSC(Tractor Supply), Home Depot, Lowes and also some of the sporting goods stores and told them about our Rally and a lot of them have been quite generous in their giving. Some of course are just the opposite and want tax #'s and etc so they can say they gave to a non-profit organization (which we are but without a federal tax #) to put a feather in their cap.

We will be bringing a SmartPlug 50 amp connector and plug. We recently replaced the twist lock plug with the SmartPlug because it shorted out. We were lucky, it did not catch fire. I contacted the company and they agreed to provide a set for the "tables".

Hey Ron,
We are bringing an ARP RV Refrigerator protector donated by the manufacturer, ARPrv. The ARP is an improved RV refrigerator monitor and control extending fridge life and safety by improved RV fire prevention. I have one of these and have gained a lot of familiarity with them and RV frigs lately and can probably answer most questions about it.
See ya'll Weds morning!
Dave
