Air compressor question?
Sears is having a sale on 120Vt. air compressors. Most are 125 psi max. with 2.4 cfm @ 90 psi. The tanks vary from 1 gal to 17 gals. The smaller tanks (1 gal & 2 gal) are compact and light weight. Would one of these smaller tanks be adequate to keep tire pressure up on the Monty and TV? Our TV pressure is 80 psi.

Hi D&B,
Our is a .7 CFM @90 and 2 gal cap. Does a fine job for us, keeping everthing up to 80psi. Got ours from Walmart for about $80. It's a Campbell Hausfeld. If that one is a 2.4 CFM you should be very happy with it.

That's the same one I have. However, lately I've noticed that it takes longer and longer to get my tires up to 80 psi.

We have a Sears with a 1.5 gal tank max is 150 psi. I don't know if Sears is still selling it, however it has done a great job. Our tires require 110 psi and it does a great job and very fast. Its also very light. GBY...

What i use and keep in my front storage compartment is called a "Power Tank"This fills with CO2.Its the MOST powerful protable air compressor money can buy-but it an`t cheap. Can fill to 200 psi.And it fills in seconds with no sound. One tank full will fill 39 Class A tires. You get the tank refilled at any welding supple shop for around 12 bucks.I use it to fill the Montana tires, truck tires, run air tools with it,use it to blow junk off the top of my slides. Its fairly small, very powerful.Like I said it will top of your tires in a matter of seconds.
