Dinning Room Chairs

Hey Folks, Just wondering if anyone out there with a Mountaineer or Montana are having any problems with Dinning Room chairs coming apart. I have a 2004 298rls and the chairs are coming apart after just three uses. One of them was going to be replaced by the dealer after went on our breakin trip
and discovered that the back had screws missing and the fabric was just holding it on.I thought about just chunking chairs and getting different type to match table. Any ideas???
