Change to an Adjustable Bed

We are looking to purchase a Keystone Rv Montana 3120RL.
The wife has a bad back and neck so needs to use an adjustable bed.
I don't like them so we would need to get a split king.
I was wondering if anyone on here has done this and what was the result, did it work well or did you change to just a full adjustable queen and dealt with it?

If you are concerned about size, why not an adjustable split queen?

I've been looking for either that in a zero clearance adjustable bed or if a split king will work.
I haven't been able to find a split queen that is an zero clearance for a pedestal bed
