I have someone that wants to be a vendor and wants to know who to contact. He does an average of 20 rally’s a year.
Who could he contact?

Bill, You or they will have to wait until the Wagon Master and their Team is announced. They will be appointing a coordinator that will be handling any inquiries concerning vendor participation for the upcoming 2025 Rally. Keep watching for postings on the Wagon Master Team for the 2025 Rally for that info.

Calendar is marked can’t wait as this years rally was our first and it was amazing wife and I had a great time. Looking forward to it. We will be doing early check in and will be able to volunteer.

When the registration goes online, is there a mad rush and the spaces fill in 4 milliseconds or do I have a day or more to get registered? Seems like there is more real interest than the couple hundred spaces.

I believe several spots went unused this year.

The registration doesn't fill up immediately. This year there were still 59 spots available. While it is not normal to have unused spots, you do have time to to get a spot after the announcement

It’s good to see all of the interest in the 2025 Rally. The Wagonmaster Team has been formed and we are just getting started. The prior Wagonmaster team has left a tall bar to hurdle, they did a great job. We will try to get information out as quick as possible.
