I have had good success with Viair, but don't like that I have to modify it to connect to the truck battery. I use the Milwaukee M18 tire inflator and it works great. Goes to 160 psi. I love it.

Tire inflator

I have the Milwaukee M18 with a small tank. I love it, but I also have lots of Milwaukee tools.

Vair is the only real choice.
If trying to add 5 psi the others may work
A seriously low tire..
where you need volume of air and pressure
you will want the vair 400

What tires are you running that require 120 PSI?

Easy inflater

I have the viair for 4 years. Hard to use but does the job

I purchased from Costco.

Fanttik S100 APEX Powerful Portable Air Pump & Tire Inflator with Power Bank

This pump stops at 110 perfect. My tpms registered 110

One charge will fill 1-2 tires from 98 to110 so I bought 2. Costco price is $49.99

I love it

I added SAE connector in my wet bay near the key tv box to connect the viair compressor. I cut the cord and added the same connectors to the compressor and the remaining wire for the clamp on cable ends.

Makes life easier when airing up the tires and when blowing out the plumbing for winterizing.

My Dewalt has no problem with the truck tires or the rv tires. If you haven't had it long you might consider returning it to get aa replacement.

We bought the Dewalt 5 years ago. It has performed flawlessly.

I got these to extend the reach of the Dewalt hose.
LUMITECO 2 PCS Locking Air Chuck with Air Hose and Standard Tire Valve Fine Thread, Air Inflator Hose Adapter for Twist On Convert to Lock On Connection https://a.co/d/aPqEDwp

I also got this and added a 6" piece of pipe to reach the dually inside wheel.
JACO Lightning T-Series Tire Air Chuck - 1/4" F-NPT (Open Flow) https://a.co/d/i7ae6DN

If yours is having issues, I would return it for a replacement.

I have the Viare and recently purchased the Dewalt 20v battery powered unit. Both do a capable job of filling my Sailun S637 tires to 110 psi.

I really like the Dewalt auto shutoff at the set pressure feature. I can set it at 110, connect it, hit the inflate button and go on to other tasks. When it is done, I move it the next tire, and repeat. I use it for the cars and bicycles as well.

The Viare is versatile. I've used it with a downstream pressure regulator to blow out the water lines on the back from the south a few years ago. It worked fine.

Craftsmen has a 160psi v20 battery compressor also. We have used it several times to air RV and truck tires. It works verry well.

Hblick45 & Snak; great catch. Ryobi 160psi on sale for $25. Carry a pancake; but, may drop that and carry extra batteries. I'll check it out on 110 psi trailer tires to confirm; then, good to go.

I purchased a Maddox 12v air compressor today from Harbor Freight, $139.99. I guess I missed the sale! Used it on my fifth wheel to air up tires from 90# to 105# and it worked great. All 4 tires took about 30 minutes. I too had tried battery powered compressors and was tired of having to wait for the compressor to cool in between tires.
