Hi! I have a 2017 381TH. I need to remove the seat at the foot of the bed. But can't find any way to remove it so I can reupholster it. Can anyone please help.

I am not familiar with the 381TH, but looking at the floor plan I don't see a seat at the foot of the bed.

Our camper has the toy box and the bed sets on top and there is a bench type seat there at the foot.

OK - I looked at a sales video and I see the seat now...screen shots below.
The video also showed the inside of the garage, and I do not see any access from below. I the seat has to be removed from the top. Have you tried using a flat head screw driver or pry bar to see if you can pull it from the top?

Yes we see 2 screws under the edge of the ends but no access . But there is a frame around the edge and there is enough space where I can use a staple gun and just tack the new fabric around it. Boy they sure don't make it easy do they. Lol. Well I sure appreciate your help . Thank you very much. You have a merry Christmas and a happy New Year.

If it was mine - and nobody here in the forum had an answer…I would figure out a way to remove the OEM seat bottom sacrificially…plan on cutting it down the middle with a shallow cut or whatever is needed to get the thing out. I would make a new plywood bottom with a new leather or fabric covering of my choice, and figure out a new way to mount it so that it is removable.

I have 2018 381TH and I removed the bed seat to replace the cover. It's been a while since I did this job. I don't remember the exact number of screws, I think there were 6 of them. But the seat is simply screwed down from underneath. Not from under the garage but in the bedroom. It took me a while to figure out which screws were holding it. You have to look for them but they are there. I think some may have been thru the metal frame up to the press board (sorry cannot remember) It's just press board with foam and the covering. I used the existing covering to fold the new covering the same way and replaced it. Bought a cheap pneumatic staple gun to make the job easy.

Attached a pic of the bed seat when I was changing it out.

Ok - I modified my photo comments below...I will bet that you have to remove the wood panel to get to the underside of the bed seat.
