Main floor sagging along slides

I have a 2019 High Country 331RL. Just had three cables replaced ( 5 total since I purchased it). Repair mechanic states rv main floor to be sagging and dropped down on edges on both sides. This does not allow rooms to move straight and cables to rub. Cables will always break and can not adjust. Says floor need to be replaced. Contacted Keystone, emailed pictures, and paid invoiced. Praying for the best. Anyone else ever had this problem?

I haven't heard of this problem. Sounds structural which you have a 3 year warranty on. Let us know how it goes.

My floor sagged because the outrigger supports bent and cracked from carrying the weight of the kitchen slide. I added support to prevent any more sagging, however there is no way to correct the existing sagging (other than putting in new floor).

I have hydraulic slides. After I installed 1/8 inch UHMW (darco ripped), I had to adjust outside of slide (raise it) so it didn't come in "nose high" and slam down onto floor when weight shifted inside.

I guess that would do it! Nice repair.

Thanks, I’m waiting for Keystone to reply before deciding how to move forward.

Sagging Floor

I have the same issue with my 2021 Montana High Country 331RL. I purchased this used in May and snapped a cable the first time I used it in July. While I was walking back and forth in front of the slide, I noticed it was sagging really bad in front of the refrigerator and stove.

I have reached out to Keystone and they informed me it was out of warranty. They said I need to have a certified dealer diagnose the problem, but they could not guarantee they would participate in any repairs.

Anyone else have this issue out there and if so, any satisfaction form Keystone?
