Have you checked your breakers or fuses

Turn off breaker for converter in breaker box, turn off battery disconnect, wait a couple of minutes, then turn both back on.

thx tom i tried that and still not working, called asc and like i thought they are closed till monday. so far worst thing is no hot water, or heat but i do have a small heater and the fireplace. i am thinking i should be able to get 12v to the water heater for either electric or propane and it should work, but until i am sure that would work not going to try it. dont need to make things worse by possibly burning up a circuit board for the water heater. any one ever go through a bad incommand situation like this any suggestions would be great.
thx

Do you have a phone or tablet that has been paired to the IN-Command system via Bluetooth? If so, does it work? Glad our 2019 still has separate thermostats for the HVAC system. Our iN·Command system has been great so far (knock on my wooden head). I did find this video on how to operate the slides, awnings & jacks manually in case of emergency.

In that case, it sounds as if your DC may be DOA.

Ours did the same thing or similar. There was a process to get it back up and I don't remember what we did.We got them on the phone and they walked us through it. Should have written it down.

update

well in fla and the dc of the in command is totally white did all the resets i know of . happened 1 day before christmas so we had no heat or hot water when it happened. lost some lighting but no big deal lucky we had the fireplace going and a small tower heater as it got down to 36. called monday morning and asa electronic was great and going to ship a new one to the rv park. should be here wednesday. in the mean time when leaving the other park i learned how to manually get the slides in. bedroom one is electric the other 2 hyd. had to call lippert to get help but they to were great. if you do not know dont be like me to figure out how until it happens. learned a lot!

May I suggest that you check the battery voltage - mine winks out when the batteries get down to 12.3 volts even though everything else onboard seems to tolerate the voltage drop. As soon as the batteries get back to 12.6 or higher the system reboots. CampingWorld tech said that this "is normal" for the control panel. So I'm upgrading from the dealer supplied wet cells to a couple of group 31 AGMs to hold the voltage up even after dropping the landing gear etc.

Sounds like it, is there a fuse in the DC?

When you call them, if they walk you through getting it back up, please take notes and post it here.
Thanks

When my Incommand goes dark, I've found pressing the on button for a long time, very many seconds, will reboot it.
