Agree. Would be a neat answer for some folks.

Certainly difference. Great for somebody who needs an office area.

Yes it certainly is a different concept. Don't think it is for the fulltimers as there is not a lot of cabinets, etc. That extra room would be great as a utility room for the FT with the washer dryer hook ups and a pantry/ storage.

I saw one at the factory tour at the rally last week. We are full time and if we were in the market it would be our choice.
The new 3820 FK also looks good to us.

It is an interesting floor plan. The loft bed could be easily converted to long time storage for those in need.
The hookups for the washer/dryer were NOT in the "den" or "Bonus room". But, that desk is to die for! LOL That telie however, would need to be downsized a few inches to act as a monitor. But, woooeee, what a monitor for those of us that spend time photo editing, etc. Oh, be still my heart!
Last I looked it was not on the Keystone web site.

Interesting for sure but not for us with washer/dryer prep in front closet.

The 3820 does look interesting with washer/dryer prep in rear bedroom and easy accessibility to the washer front. Always climbing to get to the kitchen area not sure about but at the same time no climbing to get to the shower/bathroom???
Looks long and will be interesting to see the final pin weight.

3820FK that's a new one too,I Cannot show this to my wife she will LOVE it she loves to cook and that is why we bought the 3735MK but that Floorplan takes It to another level and it would be her own little Sanctuary can't wait to see Pics of it posted by WeBeFulltime[/i]

The 3820 weighs in at just under 17,000lbs. The 3950 seemed a bit cramped.

Wonder how much the front kitchen impacts the pin weight on that floorplan

We have a 3950 on order. Will be picking it up at the end of January. The wife wants the room for grandkids so this was a great option instead of a bunkhouse.

We saw this model at the Pomona RV show. We would have bought it if it were available when we bought ours. I've even considered trading ours in on one. The utility room would be great for crafts, office or 2nd bedroom when somebody comes to visit and stays far longer than expected. Don't know that I'd use the loft for much beyond storage of light stuff. One issue was the utility room didn't have an AC duct. It was 100 degrees outside and the little room felt every bit that warm.

As several have said, this unit was on display for us at the Fall Rally Factory Tour and it is really different from what we all are used too. The problem I saw with it was that I could not find any heating or A/C vents in that room. The only vent we could see was a regular wall vent which looked to us as vent to let warm air into the basement. It could get pretty warm in the summer and cold in the winter if you are in some cold weather for any amount of time. As Mrs. CountryGuy stated it is a great office space and the mattress could be removed and the area could be used for storage for the fulltimers. The washer/dryer hookups were not our cup of tea either since it takes up A LOT of storage space in the closet if they are installed. Those of you that have already picked yours up and are about to pick up or order one please let us know how things work out once you move in and use it on a regular basis.

Well, hello all. None of you remember me I am sure, but I joined over 10 years ago with my first Montana back then,. We have had a few different brands in between, but alas, we say the 3950 at Hershey, and ordered one the week after. just picked it up a week ago. It was nice to see that the Keystone rep listened to us, and made some changes. We pointed out that the Den didn't have heat or AC at the show, he said they would add it, and its in there now. Also the swing of the bathroom door was terrible, it opened out towards you in the hall way, so you would have to enter the bedroom first and then go in the bathroom. They changed that to a piviot door, which I like to say I gave them that idea. Lastly, I'm not sure of this change is on all of them, but we noticed the door to the den would not open with the bed folded out, so we asked then to have it swing out on ours, they did. All in all, we absolutely love this floorplan We had a rear bunk house and just could not get comfortanle, lack of living space. We have 2 5 year old twins that love the loft, and as they get older, one , probably my daughter, can use the den as a bedroom. We thought it was a great alternative to the bunk houses you see all over. Nice to be back in a Montana, we loved our old one, but were disappointed they didn't have any bunk houses, unless you dropped to a Mountaineer, so we were happy to see this one come out. very very nice, we cant wait to take it on our firsat trip in April.
