Measurements please

I want to install lifts on my storage compartment doors, I need some numbers from a energetic person.
here is what I need .
Door bracket mount top of door to the center of the mounting ball.
Door frame bracket top of opening to center of mounting ball.
And last is the pounds of the lift, the lift has numbers and are on the large part of the tube. IE: ML60/60 something like that

thank you ahead of time I do appreciate it.

This is going to depend on the size of the door, but here is measurements from my 3800re. My door is approx. 52 inches wide by 30+ inches tall. My struts are two, each rated at 60 lbs. The top of door to center of ball on bracket is 4 5/8 inches...measured at the angle formed from top inside of door to center of ball. The measurements on the frame are: 17 inches from top inside of frame opening to center of ball on frame bracket and 14 inches from bottom frame opening up to center of ball. Hope this helps. Sounds like you are mounting brackets and struts. Do yourself a favor and use 3M5200 applied to back of eac bracket...about 1/4 inch thick after marking and drilling holes for brackets. Loosely hold them in place with a couple of screws in each bracket so that you compress the bracket, but leave 1/8 inch thickness behind bracket. Allow to dry 24 hours, then tightened screws hand tight. It is the 3M5200 that will hold the brackets in place. Mine are still perfect after two plus years. The only gripping material for screws is about eighth inch thick fiberglass outside door skin, inside is all styrofoam. Don't do the 3M5200 and you will pull the brackets off the doors just like all the ones the factory did! John
