Microwave ??
The door on the microwave will not open. The button pushes in but is not working. Does anyone know how to take the front off the microwave and what could be the problem? Thanks for any help.....

I assume you are the lucky owner of an Apollo Halftime Microwave unit. This is one of many well known problems with this device. The latch is defective and if you call the vendor, they will ship you a new one. They used to do it for free, but it seems they get $5 for it now.
Changing it requires removing the unit from the shelf and some dis-assembly. A "safety torx" driver (Harbor Freight for around $3) is real handy but you can use vice-grips if you don't have one. They do send complete directions for the replacement process. It is a pretty easy fix.
If you do a "Search" you will find other that have encountered this problem and the contact information for the vendor.

From the "Home" page, there is an entry named "OEM Vendors". In this list I found.
Apollo ½ Time
800-330-9707
www.halftimeovens.com
Give them a call and see what happens. Meanwhile I will search around in the trailer and see if I can find the address for them.

We had to replace the star sprocket under our glass plate once because it melted for some reason. I picked a new one up from our local dealer.
