Chuck is from this area so we have been to this campground many times. Is not full service and has no wi-fi but meets our needs for a few days when visiting friends and Chuck's sister in Chambersburg, Pa. Price is right too.
Located 5 miles from PA turnpike at exit #180. Noise might bother some but after first night we don't notice it. Restrooms/showers clean and everything works great. Campstore fully stocked. We generally stay there 5 days without worrying about the black tank
I don't know how to link anything so I will type some links.

New owners took over in February and they are a very nice young couple. They are looking into a honey wagon service and wi-fi. The locals voted down the idea of sewers. Because of the mountains they have to research wi-fi.
Their washing machines wash better than mine does here at home
