It was RVLocks, but the sale is over. They make digital locks to replace the standard door lock on most RVs. You can use a digital code or a key fob to lock/unlock the door instead of having to use a key.

Installed ours a month ago. Very simple, no drilling or trim work required. I did read a lot of reviews and some of the problems people experienced. Ordered spare parts and another key fob (it only comes with one) so if a key is misplaced or the lock handle breaks, I'll be ready. Love the fact that when we leave, all I need is the key fob. Great customer service and they'll work with you to ensure you get what you need.

You can still use the key pad to put in code ???was is it difficult to program what size battery ??? Does it have a alarm to let you know battery needs replacement ???

You can use the key, keypad or key fob. Per the instructions, it will tell you when the batteries (size AA) need to be replaced. I'm also considering purchasing their other locks for other doors on the RV.

Sorry, didn't fully read your questions. I believe user error was the most difficult part when programming my code. As usual, I was trying to over think the process. It comes with a standard code, which you then reset and using the keypad, select your own code.
