Keystone steps in again!

On our return from Daytona I found very excessive wear on the inside tread of the tires. I called ALCO and they said my warranty was 6months over, however, they would send me new free axles to have installed myself. Not being satisfied with their response, I called Keystone and talked with Mark Krul from customer service. He stepped in and talked to ALCO and now we are getting new axles, new tires and free labor! I don't know how to thank Mark enough, except to let everyone know of his effort to keep the Montana customers satisfied! Thank you again Keystone and Mark.

Maybe Keystone has gotten a wakeup call and they're returning to their 'old' ways.

Our dealings in the past with Mark Krohl have been excellent, also. In my opinion he is an outstanding ambassador for Keystone.

Great news again, I still think, overall, we are all lucky to have Keystone behind our units.
