Tiny bubbles..

While adding water to the batteries today I notice tiny bubbles on the door of the propane tank. Their not real noticeable yet but I am wondering how long they will stay that way? Anyone else run into this? That is the side that is exposed to this Az sun most of the day, maybe thats what causing it. Jack
