Eric,

Reviewing back at your last post, you said your coach is a 2002. Therefore it does not have Lippert slide systems in it. You mention a "bottle jack" emergency pump. That sounds to me like it is a Dewald system. If the rooms have a series of cables and pulleys under it, they are definitely Dewald systems and I won't be able to help you much.

Yup, that was the name on the pump. And I do have cables under the slides.

Thanks

Eric

Hey, MIMF, we'll be at the Keystone factory service center in May. You wanna swap out our pump for the newer one while we're just across the street?? Might help avoid problems with the pump in the future....

I have a "slides" question. When I try to extend or retract the slides in New York's cold temperature, they go partway in or out, then stop. I have to take my finger off the switch, wait a second and then push it again. It then goes partway and then stops again. I have to do this until the slides are all the way in or out. Is this normal cold weather behavior, or do I have a problem?
