I went over to Goshen today and picked up my coach. The bedroom slide has been fixed, seals have been added to the bottom of my kitchen slide to fix the road spray problem, the electrical system was checked and is working properly. I also got a few added bonus items done that were not on my list. The shop inspected the coach from front to back, top to bottom. I asked about the frame flex issue that some members have been having, they inspected and I am not having this problem. Frame looks great. They found my propane regulator was not working properly and replaced with a new one. The exhaust vent cover for the stove had "yellowed" from being in the sun for 3 summers, I now have a new bright white one. My entry stairs had also faded from 3 summers of use, the shop re-painted them. They look brand new!! The rest of the coach passed with flying colors.

Again, I can't thank Darrell and the rest of the Keystone team enough. The service I have received has gained them a customer for years to come!

Ditto on the way we have been treated there. You can read about it here on the forum, time after time, but until you face it head on, person to person, you just don't have the REAL story. It sounds good on the web page, it is even better in person. They treat you with respect and a smile. They go beyond the call of duty. Sounds too good to be true, but, hey, IT AIN'T!!!

I don't mean to highjack the thread...

But we are going 1-80 to Goshen. We are leaving early Tuesday morning the 19th. Staying overnight in Grand Island NB. Then next night staying in Davenport Iowa. We should be in Goshen on Thursday 21.
If anyone wants to join us let us know.

Dusty & Don,
Safe travels to Goshen! We will see you there...

Carol,
Your right, it is so hard to share just how the folks at Keystone make a fella feel while at the service center. I cannot thank them enough.
