Slider Bug-2955RL

Over the last two weeks, seems when it is cool outside, I developed an intermittent bug with the dinning room slider. Everything is OK with the opening operation of both sliders. On the close cycle the bedroom closes fine, once that is complete, the dining room starts to close, then about 1/2 in it stops. Release the switch and push again and it completes the close cycle. Any ideas?

Thanks!

Yep, known problem, do a search, also try searching archives. Happens to us during reallllllly cold weather. There is a fix, not a fuse, but inline somethingorother, forgive me dear eletrician hubby, I am still drinking my first cup of java and most memory banks are empty.

Anyway, discussed several times here at MOC, and I am sure that others will happen along to fill in the missing word that ole Carol cannot seem to remember this AM!

Sounds like either you are popping the circuit breaker (auto resettable) or the battery is weak. If it has happened a lot the circuit breaker may have weakened. Our 2003 model had to have a larger circuit breaker installed by the dealer/Keystone when it was new because of the same problem. The CB should be on the back wall of the compartment with the battery.
