Air Mattress bed sheets fitting
We have a 60X78 RV queen air mattress similar the Sleep Number type bed. The problem we have is the regular queen size sheets staying on the the RV mattres. They slip off the cornors during the night. The regular queen size is 60 X 80. If anyone has had the problem and solved it , please let us know what you did to fix it. Thanks

We learned the hard way too! When it comes to RV's the queen is not really a true "queen". I just tuck the extra under the mattress.

We used these little white thingys that slide over the cording stuff on the mattress. We put two on each side and it worked very well. I think I got them at either Bed, Bath & Beyond or Linens & Things. Maybe a Google search for "sheet fasteners?"

Ditto on the sheet fasteners. There are two kinds: one uses plastic sliding hooks and the other uses metal snapping "alligator teeth". Both work on the sam principle, and Wal-Mart may even carry them.
We've has REAL good luck with our pillow-top Sleep Number in "RV Queen" (75" instead of 80" length). Our bottom sheet seems to stay on pretty well without assistance.

When we had the motel we used a kind of sheet fastener with elastic and clips. The clips are much like the ones found on a garter belt.

When I used to have a waterbed there were these rubber mats that had a strap on it that allowed you to use regular sheets. I know these will work because I graduated to a pillowtop mattress and the sheets would not stay on the corners so I tried these on my regular bed and they worked great. I do not remember what they were called.

I use the elastic with the garter type fasteners and they work well.

I've tried all three types and my experience was the ones with the garter type fastener worked the best. Younguns may not know what we are talking about though as garters seem to be a thing of the past.
Happy trails..................
